Discoloration forms
Photosensitive discoloration product absorbs the energy from the sun / UV after its radiation to change color. If losing sunlight / UV radiation, it will turn back to the original color.
Four basic colors:blue, purple, yellow, red (become colored).

Photosensitive discoloration products have many functions
Coating: applicable to all kinds of surface coating products, such as PMMA spraying paint, ABS spraying paint, PVC spraying paint, water-based spraying paint and so on.
Ink: applicable to printing based on all kinds of materials like fabric, paper, synthetic membrane, glass, etc.
Plastic products: applicable to ejection, pressing and forming of various plastic materials, products including high-concentration photosensitive PE masterbatch products and photosensitive PMMA masterbatch products.
Notes
For ink, materials with PH 7-9 are the most applicable. For plastics, materials with MI bigger than 10 are the most applicable. The bigger the value of MI, the better the color effect.
Light fatigue of photographic discoloration materials is cause by the UV light excessive heat, acid, free radicals (single oxygen atom) and humidity. Generally speaking, recommend you to add UV absorbers and antioxidants to increase the light-resistant fatigue.
Additives used by photographic discoloration materials like HALS, antioxidants, thermal stabilizers, UV absorbers and inhibitors can ease light-resistant fatigue, but the combination and choice of additives should depend on media used. The wrong combination will speed up the light-resistant fatigue.
Photographic discoloration materials do not contain harmful substances and are in compliance with the safety specifications for toys and food packaging. |
