Color mixing methods
Different colors can be mixed each other. Adding other dyes and paints to mix color is available. Temperature can be chose from minus 15 ° C to 70 ° C.

Coatings: suitable for all types of surface coating of plastic products, including ABS, PE, PP, PS, PVC and other plastic materials.
Ink: applicable to printing based on all kinds of materials like fabric, paper, synthetic membrane, glass, ceramics and timber.
Plastic: sharable plastic masterbatch with high-level concentration can be mixed with PE, PP, PS, PVC, PVA, PET and Nylon to eject and press out.
Notes
For ink, materials with PH 5-7 are the most applicable. For plastics, materials with MI bigger than 10 are the most applicable. The bigger the value of MI, the better the color effect.
Photographic discoloration materials do not contain harmful substances and are in compliance with the safety specifications for toys and food packaging.
If there are sediments, stir the temperature sensitive water emulsion and heat it with hot water before use. |
